O'PEN SKIFF EUROCHALLENGE European Cup in Pluski – sports excitement and family fun at Lake Pluszne!

From September 19–21, 2025, Lake Pluszne will become the sailing capital of Europe.
Yacht Klub Marina Pluski will host the prestigious O'PEN SKIFF EUROCHALLENGE, an annual regatta held exclusively in just four European locations. This year's circuit includes Italy, Hungary, Poland, and Spain.

Nearly 80 young sailors from 7 countries – Poland, Italy, Hungary, Germany, France, Canada, and the USA – will gather in Pluski. Competitors will race in two age categories – U13 and U17 – on classic racecourses as well as on a special freestyle course, unique to the O'pen Skiff class.

A beach full of attractions
The sporting excitement on the water is just the beginning. The event's hub will be the Municipal Beach in Pluski, where fans will be able to:

• watch live race broadcasts with expert commentary on a giant screen,
• enjoy entertainment hosted by well-known rapper Rademenez,
• attend evening concerts featuring: Bartongband (Friday), Rybik Cukrowy (Saturday), and Czerwony Tulipan (Sunday).

Main schedule

• September 19 (Friday) – ceremonial opening, live-commented races, Bartongband concert
• September 20 (Saturday) – regattas, beach entertainment, Rybik Cukrowy concert
• September 21 (Sunday) – regattas, Czerwony Tulipan concert, awards gala

Big names and prestigious patronages
The regatta's ambassador is Karol Jabłoński – one of Poland's greatest sailors, multiple world and European champion, the only Polish helmsman in the America's Cup, and an undisputed leader in ice sailing.

The event is held under the honorary patronage of:

• Marcin Kuchciński, Marshal of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship,
• Michał Kontraktowicz, Mayor of Stawiguda Commune,
• Tomasz Holc, President of the Polish Sailing Association.
